Jokes and Spokes Day 1: The Taco Vault

As I write this I'm on day three of the jokes and spokes comedy tour. I'm catching up on blog posts now because the first few days were just brutal weatherwise. The first weekend went well with a drizzly ride to the Taco Vault in Worthing and a fun crowd on a Thursday night. I worked about an hour of new material at the show and it actually went better than expected. There are some new bits I am quite excited about.

I had opened myself up to the idea of camping out in Worthing but as it was a fairly short ride compared to what I've been doing in training and because I had ridden that route in the dark before I decided to run into town and sleep in my own bed and drop off some hand bills for the rush show on the way.  The gravel is smooth and the ride was light and fun.
